Enterprise Risk Management

KYR is able to assist your firm in the development of an enterprise and departmental risk assessment program.  Once risks are identified, KYR will prepare risk assessment matrices as part of a business risk register outlining the types of risk and a summary of each risk.  KYR will work with your firm to develop mitigating controls to minimize the impact of the risks identified.  KYR will propose inherent risk ratings to assist the firm in focusing on risks that have high ratings.  The preparation of robust mitigating controls is used to analyze and develop residual risk ratings.  In instances where the residual ratings are high, KYR will work with your firm in developing an effective action plan to reduce the potential impact of such risks.  When appropriate, KYR will develop written policies and procedures to address risk exposure in order to identify and mitigate conflicts of interest and associated compliance risks.
