Management Team

Randall is a Principal with the firm and serves as KYR’s President.  Randall is a Senior Executive and Consultant with more than 30 years of success in the financial services and real estate industries.   Randall has extensive global experience with companies seeking guidance in areas such as regulatory compliance, enterprise risk management, international business, due diligence, regulatory investigations, internal controls, privacy, RFPs, among others.  

As an experienced Board Member, Randall has held various officer level positions including Treasurer of The ARC of Illinois and the President of Community Support Services, Inc.  Randall participates on ExecRanks’ International Expansion Advisory Council and the Real Estate Advisory Council.  Randall has also received ExecRanks’ Certification for Continued Board Education.  Randall is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society.  Randall obtained his degree from the University of Iowa specializing in Accounting and Finance.

Michael is a Principal with the firm and serves as KYR's Director of Technology Services.  A highly accomplished, effective and experienced senior Information Technology leader, Michael brings over 20 years of success in all areas of Information Technology to the business.  A dynamic and innovative strategic thinker who uses an analytical and results-oriented approach.

In addition to technology, Michael has served as a global director of data protection and facilities management.  He has had membership on global management committees and is an active  member with Realcomm's Investment Management team.  He has spoken at many different venues around the country on topics ranging from cyber security to data protection.  He has a B.S. from Governor's State University in Computer Science.
