Data Protection

KYR can assist clients with global or domestic data privacy regulations to address local, federal, global or sectoral levels. For example, the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation was passed in 2018. As required by federal law, KYR will develop policies and procedures with respect to the clients’ customers that are protected under such privacy laws.

Policies and procedures developed to cover Protected Customers will:

1. Ensure the security and confidentiality of their records and personal information
2. Protect against any anticipated threats or hazards to the security or integrity of Non-Public Personal Information of Protected customers
3. Protect against unauthorized access to or use of Non-public Personal Information of Protected Customers that could result in substantial hardship or inconvenience to any such customer

Data Management 

KYR can assist with the development of a comprehensive Enterprise Information Management (EIM) program.  This includes defining data types and owners, creating a data dictionary, designing a road map, and implementing a governance program.
