Advertising & Marketing Review

KYR will perform marketing and advertising reviews (including RFPs, firm questionnaires, client correspondence, client presentations, website and social media) to determine if your firm is in compliance with applicable regulatory and governmental requirements.  Such reviews will be documented in writing.  KYR will also prepare a written policy and procedure document and ensure it covers all forms of advertising,  including the firm’s marketing initiatives and any other types of advertising materials used.
